Public Spaces Protection Orders Consultation

Warwick District Council is committed to ensuring its public spaces are safe and welcoming places for everyone to enjoy, however, as is the case with any area, Warwick District does experience some unacceptable levels of anti-social behaviour.

Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) were introduced by the Council to prevent individuals or groups from committing anti-social behaviour in particular areas.

Warwick District Council is starting the process of reviewing its current PSPOs and considering options for creating new orders.

It is important that the Council consults with residents during this review process to ensure your feedback is included and we would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete the survey below. Your feedback will remain anonymous and will be used to inform the Council’s recommendations for PSPOs later in the year.

Thank you for your support.
