For Direct Debit Customers:
1 months’ notice is required from the renewal date (the 1st of every month). Please also note that Swimming memberships have a 4 month minimum term and can't be cancelled until that term has passed. Tennis, Ice Skating, snowsports and Gymnastics memberships have a 1 month minimum term. For Top Up Customers:
No refunds are given so any cancellation will take effect after the last class in your current lesson block.
