The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is currently undertaking a review of procurement by the Government of Jersey. You can find out more about the PAC’s review here. In order to assist the PAC in its review, it has agreed that it is important for it to gather views from local businesses to look at the systems which are in place for them to engage with government and provide services. Specifically, the PAC would like to understand the view of local businesses about the SAP Ariba system which is used by the Government of Jersey to procure services from local businesses and the overall procurement process. The PAC is also interested to gather views from businesses who are not currently registered on the SAP Ariba system in order to find out if there are barriers to supplying government or reasons for not providing services to government.

The following survey is completely anonymous; however, the results will be used as part of the evidence for the PAC’s review and the results will be anonymised and published as part of the final report. The information collected from this survey will be held by the States Greffe and treated in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
