What is the survey about?
Your experiences are important to us, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey. The results of this survey will help to inform our new carers strategy to improve services, practice and support us to measure outcomes on what matters most to you and the people you care for.
What will I be asked?
Questions are asked as optional, asking you to select your answer or to type in a box. The survey is split into five short sections:
1. About you and person you care for
2. Information about services for carers in Warrington
3. Valuing you as a carer
4. Caring and finances
5. In your own words
Do I have to answer all of the questions?
You will not be affected in any way if you choose to answer some or all of the questions. Some questions also have ‘prefer not to say’ as a response option.
It should take you no longer than 15 minutes to complete. There is a 'save and continue’ button on the survey. This gives you the flexibility to progress and continue later. (If you don't receive this email, check your junk email folder).
If you would prefer to talk to someone or don’t have the time to complete the survey but could spare the time for a telephone call, contact Warrington Carers Hub using the details below and they will arrange this for you.
Your responses will be anonymous, unless you choose to include your name and contact details should you wish to discuss your experiences further with one of our team, be part of our Carer Engagement Group or to find out information about Warrington Carers Hub.
