Suffolk SENDIASS is a free service which offers information, advice and support to children and young people with SEND (up to age 25) and their parents and carers.
We want to find out the best ways we can reach young people directly and are very grateful to you for taking the time to answer some questions to help us with this. This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
