The aim of this survey
NHS Elect and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) are working in partnership to understand the current landscape of preceptorship programmes for physiotherapy professionals, especially since the launch of HCPC preceptorship principles, and identify areas where support may be needed.
We recognise that the term "preceptorship" is not widely recognised across all four nations of the United Kingdom, and there are other established or emerging processes in development to support early careers and transitions in practice.
Who this survey is for
Physiotherapists employed in the NHS, private sector, academic, teaching, research, commercial, voluntary, charitable sectors and self-employed, even if you do not currently have access to a preceptorship programme.
