ABOUT THE CREATE WELL PROGRAMME
Artlift delivers non-clinical interventions face-to-face in community venues as well as online. Our groups meet for 6-8 sessions per course. There are also a limited number of places for individuals facing barriers to work with our Creative Navigator on a more bespoke programme of Arts on Prescription.
Click here for more information on our Create Well web page.
Participants will be supported to:
- develop creativity and build social connection through a variety of artistic genres / activities.
- define and self-assess their progress against personalised goals
- embed and self-sustain creative activities, and thereby wellbeing, supported by co-design of a Move On plan
- where appropriate and requested, set up of participant-led Move On groups so small groups of participants can stay connected and creative together.
