Healthwatch Rotherham is your local health and social care champion.
We are here to make sure that those running services put people at the heart of care. Our sole purpose is to understand the needs, experiences and concerns of people who use health and social care services and to speak out on their behalf.
Enter and View is one the ways we hear of those experiences. By talking to staff and patients we gain insight into how the services are managed and the patient’s user experience of those services.
We will write a report based on what people have told us and make recommendations. We will share our report with the health provider and include their response in our report. Any comments or feedback given to us will be anonymised, and no one will be identified in the reports.The final report will be shared with the service provider, South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (SY ICB) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). It will also be published on our website www.healthwatchrotherham.org.uk
