Share your experiences to improve eye care services
Our Healthwatch teams in Brent, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster are undertaking this research to understand people's experiences with eye care services.
We’ll use your feedback to help identify what's working well and whether any changes could improve the care people get.
In this survey, we will ask you:
- About your experience of eye care services in the last two years, including individuals who have in the past or are currently waiting for any specialist eye care treatment.
- Optional information about you, including your ethnicity, financial status, and whether you have any long-term conditions or disabilities. This information will help us understand how different groups experience eye care services to reduce inequalities.
If you do not feel comfortable answering any of these questions, you can respond “prefer not to say,” and you will have the option to skip some of them.
This information will be shared with Healthwatch England, to see how people's experiences compare nationally.
They'll use the responses to understand people’s experiences and report to the NHS what is working and how to improve care. They will not share any data that will identify you.
