The Faculty of Eating Disorders of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Eating Disorder Workforce and Training Needs National Survey

1. The Faculty of Eating Disorders of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Eating Disorder Workforce and Training Needs National Survey

Dear Colleague, The Faculty of Eating Disorder Psychiatry of the Royal College of Psychiatrists is currently working together with the General medical Council, Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, Health Education England, Medical Schools and third sector organisations such as BEAT and FEAST to improve curriculum and training in Eating Disorders for Medical Students, Foundation Doctors, Psychiatry Trainees and Psychiatrists. The findings of this survey will help in shaping further development of National Level Policies, Work Force, Training and Eating Disorder Services, hence will help with improvement of quality of care for patients with Eating Disorders. We appreciate that your service may not be specialist eating disorder service (in some devolved nations) but if your team is providing services to patients with Eating Disorders then also try your best to answer all the questions. It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete this survey. We are grateful to you for your valuable time and for completing this survey!

Yours sincerely
On behalf of the Faculty of Eating Disorders
