To understand the taxi service and make sure that all passengers are served effectively, CTS Traffic and Transportation is undertaking an “Unmet Demand Survey” for West Suffolk Council.
This is an independent review that includes observing service at ranks in the area, as well as interviews in the street with members of the public and discussion with important groups, such as the police, businesses, and users with disabilities.
This survey focuses on your views and experiences in the area.
