Whinney Hill Green Space

The PROSPECTS Foundation are the local community-owned environmental charity for Hyndburn.

In collaboration with Lancashire County Council (landowner), we are planning to carry out some environmental improvements and community activities on the wildlife site known locally as 'Whinney Hill' in 2016 and 2017.  The overall aim of the work is to help improve the area in terms of enhancing the wildlife found there as well as making it a place that people can visit, travel through and enjoy.
