Norfolk Playing Fields Association Young People's Survey

The Playing fields association would like to understand how you are making use of play areas in your area, what facilities exist and what other facilities you would like to see. This is a short survey that will provide information to help the association to develop playing fields across Norfolk. All information will be used and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
