CSP members are invited to register for the Annual General Meeting that is taking place at 12.40pm on Saturday 12 October 2024 at the Manchester Central Convention Complex. Registrations must be complete by 12:00 pm GMT on 10 October 2024 to allow your membership status to be verified.
For CSP members that are not able to attend on the day and would like to vote please complete the Online Proxy Form by 12.40 pm GMT on 7 October 2024.
Documents relating to the AGM are available on the CSP website.
Questions can be submitted in advance of the AGM at the end of this form. There is also an opportunity to ask questions at the AGM. Due to time constraints not all questions will be answered live, however we will ensure questions receive a response after the AGM.
There is also a virtual option to observe the AGM. However, please note that you cannot vote or ask questions on the day if attending virtually.
Members are reminded that the AGM proceedings are private and that recording of the AGM proceedings in whatever format is strictly prohibited. Instructions on access to the 'virtual' webcast of the AGM proceedings should therefore not be provided to anyone who is not a member of the CSP or who is not authorised to attend the AGM.
